How to Install irker software package in Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus)

irker software package provides submission tools for IRC notifications, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install irker

irker is installed in your system.

Make ensure the irker package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep irker *

You will get with irker package name, version, architecture and description in a table
